About this property
Stylish 3 bed home w/ open plan kitchen & patio
This stylish home, recently renovated to a very high standard and equipped with state of the art appliances, is perfect for a family or a group of up to 6 people. It has everything for those who want to be comfortable, who enjoy cooking and entertaining, but is also a great jumping off point to get into central London. It is less than 4 mins walk to the new Elizabeth Line which takes you to Liverpool Street in 11 mins and central London in 17 mins. 5 mins walk is the spacious Wanstead Flats.
The space
The space is equipped with all the amenities for a family or group to have a wonderful stay. The kitchen has high spec appliances for those who enjoy cooking - Siemens inbuilt appliances and Bora hob on the island. The breakfast nook has a Dualit toaster, Vitamix blender and Magimix food processor. There is also a Heston gas BBQ on the patio and outdoor furniture for those who prefer to eat outside.
The front room is an inviting space with a wood burning stove, 55 inch TV, and Sonos sound bar.
In terms of bedrooms there is a super king size Tempur mattress in the master bedroom, along with a skylight (with remote controlled black out blinds) and a large sliding wardrobe. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a large 2 person bath and walk-in rain shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with Emma mattress and a small desk and two skylights with black out blinds.
The 3rd bedroom doubles up as either a bedroom, home office or both. It comes with a Swyft Model 4 double sofa bed - with memory foam and a mattress topper it is exceptionally comfortable - it is one of the most highly rated sofa beds on the market. The room has huge windows (with blackout blinds) and two desks so it makes working from home easy and enjoyable.
Both the 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a large double vanity bathroom, with walk in curved shower room with a wonderful rain shower. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
The house has a water softener and booster pump (so you get fantastic water pressure in the rain showers) and a utility room with separate washing machine and dryer.
The house is equipped with mesh wifi 6 for those who need good internet for working remotely, and hard wired internet in the office and 2nd bedroom.
There are two robotic vacuums on the ground floor which help to keep the place looking tidy!
On-street parking in front of the house can be arranged - price depends on the latest charges from the council, further details can be found on request.
For guests staying more than 7 days please note that 2 cleaners will come every Tuesday. The cost of this is £90 per visit (they stay for approx 2.5 hours) and this should be paid directly to the cleaner in cash, or via myself on and I will pay them on your behalf.

Forest Gate neighbourhood is a vibrant space. With many people moving from Hackney and Walthamstow over the last few years you get a really great mix of young couples and new families. This is reflected in the wonderful choice of ever growing local cafes and restaurants from Italian and French delis and cafes, to trendy new restaurants in the arches - all just 3 minutes walk away.
There is also a gym on the street with pay as you go or month passes, and in the arches behind the house there is also a reformer pilates studio and a boxing studio. Within a 5 minute walk you can not only get on the new cross rail/Elizabeth line to take you into central London in 11 minutes but you also have access to the multi acre Wanstead Flats, a wonderful open space for those who enjoy being outdoors.
