Step out your front door and walk 200 yards down your tree lined street to the park board walk and boat ramp.

One of three boat ramps in what the locals call "The South" St Augustine. Excellent fishing, with calm protected inlet waters for your Kayak or paddle board! You are just three houses away from a boardwalk surrounded by majestic old growth Oaks, enchanting marsh with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The neighbors set their own crab traps, and you can catch snook, trout and red fish right from the banks below the boardwalk.
If you are a boater you can take a 20 min ride and dock up at St Augustine marina, or cruise around the Fort. At 2:00 each afternoon they fire the cannon from the Old Fort Walls! You can also boat over to Anastasia Island to one of the most Pristine, protected beaches in North Florida. From "By the Park" you have water access to the lighthouse and lighthouse museum. St Augustine has several boat friendly waterfront restaurants.

he dining area is available for guests to join for nightly dinners. Off the back is a private patio area where guests can sunbathe, have lunch under the shaded teak wood table, enjoy afternoon cocktails on the outdoor sectional, or warm up in the evening around the fire pit. **please note pet fees are required at booking**

Our dog friendly house is equipped with a twin bed just for your furry friend :) Several USB charging stations, lots of closets and spacious pit couch to unwind watching TV or streaming your favorite shows.
