Tierra Verde is also located between 2 top beaches by Dr. Beach, Ft. Desoto Park and St. Pete Beach. Fort Desoto State Park offers 3 miles of beaches, fishing piers, canoeing, and seven miles of paved trails for biking or walking.
This unit was recently remodeled in a fresh white and gray costal design giving it a nautical cozy feel in every room. The master bedroom has its own sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony that overlooks a water cannel with views to die for. There is a table and chair to enjoy morning coffee and also a 3 piece couch to relax on.
The open layout of the living area gives you a great water view from the living room all the way back to the kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a granite counter top along with an eat at bar with seating for four.
The master bathroom offers a large double bowl sink and a stand up shower stall.
There is also a generous walk in closet with custom shelving in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom offers a bunk bed and an additional twin bed.
The second bathroom offers a large walk in tiled shower and single sink.
