Sunburst Inn sits right on the sand of Indian Shores beach. Yes, it’s beachfront! Wake up to the fresh, warm air of the Gulf Coast and enjoy the evening with a gorgeous sunset as your backdrop. Our rooms are newly renovated and feature new furniture, fresh new linens, and chic decor that plays into the beautiful beach setting of our inn, which is being featured on HGTV's 100 Day Dream Home: Beachfront Hotel. Whether you are looking to get some R&R or have a fun beach vacation, the Sunburst Inn is here to offer a memorable time!

*Located on the 1st floor.

*All of our rooms include air conditioning, heating, and wifi.

*Pet-friendly rooms are available. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night thereafter.

*There are bikes on site to use for free.

*Guests can enjoy the shared lounge area.

*There is a shared BBQ for guests to use.

*Direct beach access with free beach chairs and umbrellas available for use.

*Outdoor shower available.

Fantastic location!

We loved our three night getaway at the Sunburst Inn! Beautiful outdoor common areas with direct access to pristine beach! My only suggestion to make this place five stars is to upgrade change electrical outlets to include usb plug ins😊

Amazing weekend

My family has a great long weekend trip. I loved that the provided chair beach umbrella and towels. My daughter even tried out the paddle board but the waves were too rough. Already planning our trip next year and excited to try a new room.

We loved that it was a small place and can walk out your door and be on the sand in seconds. Everyone was very friendly. The back deck offers a great sitting area throughout the day and with great shade and breeze. The provided lounge chairs were spot on. I would bring an umbrella as there were not enough to go around. We loved our room and have already talked about coming back! Honestly, can’t say enough about this place we truly fell in love with it. As a small business owner, it was great to see the owners on site!

Heavenly Staycation

My wife and I stayed at the Sunburst Inn to celebrate our anniversary as a staycation and booked a room here after driving by for years. We were so happy with our stay, and the friendly staff. The location is perfect on the gulf and walking distance from Salt Rock Grill, and close to many other great restaurants. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach where we were delighted to find clear water, with manatees floating by frequently. There are nice beach chairs, and other beach items provided by the inn. The area in the back has comfortable shaded seating if you want to enjoy the beach front out of the sun. We decided to extend our stay by a day, and the staff was easy to access via text and quickly assisted in extending our stay. We plan on returning here, and hope to bring more family with us to take advantage of this charming slice of heaven.
