Venetian Bay Resort Villa - Sleeps Up To 10 - Close To Disney World

Our 1470 sq. Ft. Townhouse includes a main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a memory foam king size bed, a private bath and jacuzzi, with cable flat screen tv and dvd player.
The spacious living area includes cable flat screen tv and vcr, 2 sofas (one sofa pulls out for a full size sleeper bed), and a slider door to our outside wrap-around covered porch.
The dining area is fully supplied with dishes and all eating utensils. The kitchen comes complete with a new ceramic top stove, oven, refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender and everything else you may need to enjoy home cooked or to bring in your meals. We even supply a washer and dryer for your free use. We have added wireless Internet for your free unlimited use anywhere inside our townhouse and now enjoy free local and USA, Canada and Puerto Rico long-distance telephone service.
The upper level has three bedrooms. The main upper bedroom has cable tv, a memory foam queen size bed, dressers and includes a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, cable tv’s and dressers. We have a child's port-a-crib for your free use.
One of these rooms has the new Nintendo Mini gaming system, complete with 30 classic games, for your kids to enjoy. An additional bathroom is located on this upper level.
The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture and all the bed linens and towels for your comfort. For cost savings on meals you can eat in or at one of the many restaurants and take-out dining areas located along Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway / Vine street (the famous route 192 strip) which is just one block away. We have added folding chairs and tables to enjoy our outside covered porch and a basketball, volleyball, tennis balls and rackets for your enjoyment.
The community is located blocks away from a super Walmart center, super Target shopping center, Publix grocery store, Big Lots and BJ’s store.
Venetian Bay Village is a gated resort community with a private lake, a recreation/fitness center, 4 pools, playgrounds, a barbecue/picnic area, tennis court, volleyball, basketball, a game room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines, a business center with wireless high-speed internet, computers and printers for guest use (you can print your on-line boarding passes here) and an on-site car wash facility.

Easy commute to all of the parks!

The property was very clean and ready to go upon arrival. We visited Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney during our stay and they were all just a short drive away. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had a small problem with the air conditioner upon arrival and had to contact the owner. He was very quick to respond and had someone out very quickly to see about it. Overall it was a great stay!

Great Owner

We were to rent Gary's unit beginning Jan 3 2016. However on Dec1 2015 my husband received news about his health that prevented us from going to Florida. According to the contract policy we would receive the full payment that we sent to Gary. True to his word Gary sent us the payment in full. Thanks Gary. If we have the go- ahead to vacation in Florida in the future we will definitely see if Gary's condo would be open for our timeline.

My family has loved Disney World and the general Kissimmee area since before my children were born. We travel to Florida and visit Disney every year.

What makes this property unique

The townhouse is located in a safe and secure 24 hour security maintained gated community. Everyone there is either a long time owner or a guest visiting the Disney parks or the other Orlando attractions. The community has 4 great pools, tennis, basket and volley ball, a game room, business center (to print your boarding passes), a clubhouse, movie theater and even a car wash area.
