This Ten Mile Haus condominium is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. A Queen Size Bed, a Bunk Bed with a Trundle Sleeper a Twin Size Bed complete the first bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, and in the Living Room a Queen Futon rounds out this condo’s bedding. Amenities include a Gas Burning Fireplace, Free Wireless Internet and a newly remodeled, Full-size Kitchen. This residence is Ski-in/Walk-out and is a short 3 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer Lifts. The building offers indoor, covered parking, Community Laundry Facilities. The spacious 1,120 square foot floor plan allows plenty of room to relax. Ten Mile Haus A7 is ideal for families or groups who desire easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and fun Copper Mountain's Center Village has to offer! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72669 | One parking space per condo available on-site. We enjoyed our stay. Missed in the details that it was two story so two bedrooms - one bathroom upstairs and second bathroom downstairs. Great location. We parked the car when we arrived and never moved it because we could walk or shuttle to everything. Never found the washer and dryer listed so assume it must be a community benefit not an in unit feature

Great Copper Mountain Stay between Christmas and New Years

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice. What I liked most about it was the well equipped kitchen. The ski in walkout location is really nice. It was also not too far from the center of the village. There was a working hot tub, outback and convenient, covered parking. Everything about it was great. There’s one bedroom with beds for at least six people which was great for our kids. It has a cozy downstairs family room with a comfortable couch and a Roku TV. It was a great place to be able to spend time together while we were not skiing. Overall, Copper village is great. I would come back to Copper and I would rent this place again. Not super fancy and a little dated ( think mid 2000s not 1970s) but comfortable, convenient, clean, and well equipped.

Great location

My first impression of the unit was that it was quite dated, like a 1970s time capsule. But having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and liked everything about it. The location is fantastic and you can ski in right up to the beautiful hot tub in the back. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately. The management company is extremely responsive. The unit is a very short walk (150yds approx.) from the center Village with two lifts, gear rental, and restaurants & bars. The kitchen and great room have been updated and are very cozy and useful. There is an equipment storage area in the entryway, which is very nice. I would definitely rent this unit again. The only negative we found is that both bedrooms are upstairs (and there are beds for quite a few people)… but there is only one bathroom upstairs. The other full bathroom is on the main level. We basically agreed to use the upstairs bathroom at night and the downstairs bathroom in the day and it worked for us with two couples.

Good location, private parking, easy access to the Center Village and to the buses that can take you to East or West. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook just about anything - pots, pans, crockpots, utensils, dinnerware ect.... The heaters worked well and the place was always warm for us. There were nice big windows in the living room that provided us with good lighting and a great view. There was plenty of space for storing our boards/skis/boots. They also had plenty of board games and a small selection of dvds. Both bedrooms are upstairs and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. As for the community washers/dryers and hot tub - those are available, but fyi - you have to take a short walk outside to get to them. Checkin and checkout was a breeze, and the front desk were all friendly. I'd recommend this place for a small group or family.

Great Location and Kids' Beds

The location is super, and the set-up of the condo is very amenable to a family. We were quite relaxed, and appreciated the ease of booking, staying and leaving. Only complaint is the adult beds were not comfortable -- the kind where the couple rolls to the middle. We thought the price of rental didn't reflect the quality of the sleep provided. Our vacation was great, however, and we love Copper Mountain.

Had plenty of room to sleep 6 adults. Only complaint is that we could have used more towels. The purple hair dryer in the downstairs bathroom is broken, makes a terrible noise when turned on. That might belong to another guest who maybe left it there because the dryer on the wall works fine. Also, you might try mounting the TV to the wall instead of that rolling rack it is on, it was kind of in the way! The racks next to the door were nice to have for our ski and snowboard gear. We also used the ski locker outside when we noticed the key hanging. The hot tub was great, nice and hot, easy access. Easy ski up access as well. Parking worked for us.
