This home is perfect for a family getaway! The super convenient location is just minutes to Southampton Village as well as Shinnecock Hills, and Sebonack National Golf Courses.
Interior: The interior boasts a beautifully crafted kitchen with quartzite counters and opens into a spacious double-height living room with a wood wood-burning fireplace. Also on the first floor, you will find a formal dining room, a dedicated office, guest bedroom, powder room, a den with an electric fireplace, and a mudroom entry with laundry. Upstairs are four large bedrooms and four baths, including an opulent primary suite with a fireplace. The fully finished basement includes a full bath and walk-out stairs providing amazing recreation space and access to the pool and rear yard. The basement also includes a gym space. Living room, den, basement areas, and most bedrooms include Smart TVs.
Exterior: Stunning landscaping, a fire pit, an outdoor grill, ample outdoor furniture, and a newly constructed heated saltwater pool and spa with bluestone surround provide this property with an abundance of luxurious amenities.
The home was beautifully renovated in 2022 and the photos don't do it justice!
USAGE
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Propane/Natural Gas, Electricity, Internet, and Garbage Removal.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use May 1 through October 1 (between 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit). If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of propane during cooler weather.
Events and parties are prohibited unless express approval is provided.
COUNTY OCCUPANCY TAXES
In addition to State Sales Tax, please note that pursuant to the Suffolk County Hotel and Motel Occupancy Tax law, Chapter 523, Article II of the Suffolk County (NY) Code, short-term rentals less than 30 days are required to be taxed at a rate of 5.5% of the per nightly rate. If your rental inquiry is for more than 30 days, please contact the host and the tax will be removed from your rental price.
