It has a completely equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher), living room with a bed-settee (for the 5th person), two bathrooms and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. Apart from the roof terrace, there are also 2 balconies which offer a nice view of a park or the swimming pool.
The apartment is air-conditioned (hot and cold), it offers a free Wi-Fi access, TV, radio/CD player.
In the community area, there is a residents private pool and sauna.
The complex is located just 10 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach; 2 mins from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants, 1mins walk from the park. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance.
