The space
This High Hammock Villa has had extensive renovations to make your stay a luxurious experience. From the marble and granite to the deep soaking tub of the main level bathroom to the shiplap walls and white granite kitchen...this villa has it all! The kitchen is fully stocked with all your culinary needs. There is both a brewing coffee pot as well as a Keurig. The kitchen was opened up to allow for flow into the dining room which seats 6. On the main level please find a lovely deck overlooking the 17th tee set underneath a large Live Oak. The living room consists of a pull out sofa and large flat screen tv. Many books, games and crafts can be found in the curio cabinet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms consisting of one queen and two double beds, both contain a flat screen tv. The large upstairs bathroom consists of double sinks and an extra large shower with two spray heads. The washer and dryer are found on this level as well.

This villa is close to all the Seabrook Island Club amenities including the beautifully renovated beach club, pool, Pelicans Nest outdoor restaurant and bar and the tastefully appointed Island House. The Lake House, lake house pool, tennis, golf, horseback riding, and kayaking at Camp Sr. Christopher are also available for your enjoyment. (Some of these amenities may require a fee)

The Lakehouse is a state-of-the-art fitness facility. You are able to access the outdoor pool at no charge. However, there is a fee for the fitness facility and indoor pool. The fee is $15/day/person or $40 per person for 3 days. This rate is $85 per month per person.
Other things to note

***Dogs must be quiet when in the villa. If your animal tends to whine or bark when you leave you must take them with you. Seabrook Island can issue a $50 fine for noise as well as not cleaning up after your dog***

***starting January 1, 2023 the town of Seabrook Island is charging $40 for each car pass. One car pass is provided to you at no additional charge. However, if you require a second car pass that fee will be the rental guests responsibility.

***if you are renting an Electric Car there is no outlet for this type of charging. LSV are not permitted

***HOA requires no towels hanging over the banister in front or back of the villa.
