The large eat-in kitchen offers high-end appliances and fixtures, a breakfast nook to seat 3, as well as a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. The dining area table seats up to 6 guests, just off the kitchen and living area. This Seabrook Island cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a brand-new Restonic king bed with a cooling feature, access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or Club pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 10-minute walk or bike ride to Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted, 45 lb. maximum weight limit.
