Close to the vast, uncrowded beaches, the Seabrook Island Club, and Bohicket Marina, its location is ideal.

Guests adore the outdoor, natural living space of this home. The newly built, spacious screen porch is a highlight of this home. Catch a game on the big screen or enjoy family movie night in this area with ample, comfortable seating. The deck offers lounge chairs and a table, making it perfect for dining al fresco.

Inside this single-story home, an open, expansive floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light create an inviting atmosphere that beckons you to unwind and relax. The main living area features a crisp, white palette with accents of green and beautiful designer furnishings.

The heart of the home lies in its gourmet kitchen that is open to the expansive living area. For your morning routine, the kitchen features both a Keurig single-serve option and a standard coffee pot. An additional wet bar area in the dining space adds a touch of sophistication to any gathering. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway retreat features hardwood flooring, new paint, and updates throughout. The generous master suite occupies its own wing of the home, offering a secluded retreat. Two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home with plenty of space for guests to unwind.

Best of all, club amenity card access is included with your stay at no extra cost, providing a phenomenal savings of $55 per day for your family. This property is pet-friendly, so your dogs are welcome to join the vacation.

The property does not supply beach towels.

• WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker is on site, offering both Keurig and standard coffee pot options. (BYO ground coffee for the carafe option).

• AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island Amenity Cards are included with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). Guests have full access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools, club dining, golf, tennis, the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball, and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a gate pass. A $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. One gate pass is included with the reservation. Please note that the garage is strictly unavailable for vehicle parking or guest use.

• CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would want for our own vacation, we offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. Whether you seek the sea, recreation, wildlife, history, shopping, dining, or a spa day, there is something for everyone.

• DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 of coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
