Very well located property. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the pelican’s nest is an excellent restaurant option also just 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Property was just as described, there were a few things that we expected to be better about unit. Note we having been coming to Seabrook for 10 years and hold rentals to a higher standard given the exclusive community. We are in process of purchasing property as this was the reason for this trip. As always the island is amazing and very family friendly. Cleaning crew was not as thorough as I would have expected as there was trash in outdoor cooler, no soap in soap dispensers, light bulbs out or flickering. Cushions for dining room chairs were stained. If they cleaned the tub in guest room they would have known that it was clogged and did not drain properly. Which I understand is common with beach rentals but should have been resolved prior to our arrival. Maintenance came and fixed the issue on third day while it was noted on first day. Lost internet on several days which made it hard to work remotely (as was needed) and could not find router in unit- unit handbook stated to reset in event that it was lost but did not state where it would be. Cookware has lost non stick surface on half of them. Fridge took quite a while to cool after having to lower temperature on it because it was not cold. Atrium property was very nice but has drainage issue in common area. Luggage carts need to be upgraded as many are in poor condition including being bent or deflated tires. Elevator was a huge plus for convenience of transporting luggage and elderly guests.

Excellent accommodations - very close and easy access to beach and pool club. Awesome views. Clean, well maintained. Everything you need, functioning, and updated. Everyone will want to use the awesome master bath shower! 100% would return!

Great location

This was a fantastic family vacation, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms accommodated our mixed age ranges perfectly! The unit was VERY clean and well stocked. The only thing we wished it had were items for the beach, like beach towels and chairs. It would have been perfect had those items been available. Would stay again, but bring our own towels next time.

To answe, the property managers replace and remove the chairs if broken and we can not guarantee what is on property. Also they advise against beach towels because they take to long to laundry during change over. The beach club does provide towels and as long as returned no charge. The condo is in terrific condition, and had a perfect location for walking to the pool and beach.The amenity card and gate pass process is a pain. They are separate entities, and they are a pain to get, especially if you are doing a rental car. The apps didn’t work correctly, which made it very frustrating before ever arriving. Once everything was squared away when we got there, then it was seamless and easy. I am technologically proficient, so those who aren’t would really struggle.
