Enjoy the scenic beauty and peaceful quiet of Seabrook Island in this spacious 4 Bedroom home. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and the fully equipped gourmet Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need.

The Living Room has a 58" LED TV recessed above the fireplace and a built-in Home Theater system with Blu-Ray DVD & VCR.

The home has 2 Master Suites, one on each floor, both with a king-size bed, LCD TV & DVR , private baths with whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanity. Two additional Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have Queen-size beds and share a Bath with tub/shower & vanity All 2nd floor Bedrooms have access to a very private Sundeck overlooking the 15th green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course.

A 2nd floor Media Room has a high-speed desktop computer and All-in-One printer available for guest use.
Finally, 1 sofa bed is available to accommodate
additional guests.

A large screened in porch accessed from the Living Room, Sun room and the 1st floor MBR has a 7 person sunken Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor furnature plus a pedestal table with 4 chairs for casual dining and cocktails.

Additional features include Dual Ban WiFi internet access, gas grill and a private outdoor shower. Seven adult bicycles and several kids bikes as well as a canoe and 3 kayaks are provided for your use.

Amenity cards giving you access to Seabrook Island Club facilities: Beach Club pools, Pelican's nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, golf, tennis and Island House restaurants/bar are provided upon request for a charge of $30 per day. (a $15 deposit per card is due when cards are picked up and refunded when cards are returned to Amenity Office on departure)

Excellent vacation!!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation! The house was beautiful and located near all of the beach access points and pool areas. The kitchen had all the conveniences of home and the bedrooms were open with lots of light. The community has lots of restaurants and activities for the family. I would definitely stay here again!!

Incredible place for our week of Kiawah

Friends and family in town for a golf event and the place could not have been better. Owner was very helpful at all aspects of our stay. Would definitely stay there next time to Kiawah.

Great place in Seabrook!

This was the perfect house for a group of friends/couples wanting to getaway on Seabrook Island! It was nice to have 4 of around the same size bedrooms for 4 couples. We were there for a wedding and it was a great location for the event! Would definitely recommend!

Fourth of July Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Seabrook for vacation. The home was perfect for us. Plenty of room and had everything you need for vacation. Peter was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. My favorite was watching the amazing fireworks from the golf course. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved everything about our first visit to Seabrook and this house. The house exceeded expectations and was much bigger than the photos conveyed. We enjoyed all the fun things the owners provided such as bikes and chairs. We would definitely return to this house.

Seabrook Family Retreat

Our annual Seabrook vacation was spot on! Two master suites was perfect for adults and separte rooms with queen beds made the teens happy too! Sitting in the screened in porch was a getaway every morning! Two garages made it convenient and easy to charge the golf cart! The owner was sooo nice and accommodating. Hopefully we will be able to book this home again!

Lovely Christmas week vacation

Our group of 7 adults enjoyed our stay. We had unfortunately frigid weather at the beginning of the week, causing the pipes to freeze but after a a day or so, the weather warmed and the pipes thawed. We made use of the bikes (they were a little creaky but got us around the island) and the hot tub, took Long Beach walks and took a day trip to Charleston. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. All in all a relaxing way to spend our holiday week.

Wonderful family vacation

We planned a family vacation (6 adults, 2 young children) as a surprise to my in-laws for a milestone birthday. Our goal was to find a house that allowed three couples privacy and was child friendly. We found it! This home was perfect for our family and also had everything we could possibly need. Peter was communicative before and upon check in, and while we didn't need anything at all or have questions, he was there if need be. We loved biking around the area with bikes available to us, going to the beach, enjoying the pool area, etc. etc. It was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very clean, easy to enjoy property in nice setting

We are a family of five with a small dog and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook and at this home. It was one of the cleanest and well maintained homes we have rented. You will enjoy riding bikes around the island and to the pool and beach. You will see neighbors walking dogs all the time and they are super friendly to visitors. We did a long bike ride to Kiawah which was a highlight along with using the home’s hot tub. Recommendation - make dinner reservations in advance (lunch was easy to eat out with no wait) and there are many local restaurant options. If you like to cook in, bring your favorite spices and cooking oils. If you are purchasing the amenities package, note you need to register on Seabrook Island’s website under “Visit”, and you will get your lock box code a few hours before arrival. Working with the Amenity Office was a little challenging so hoping these details help the next visitors. My husband played two rounds of golf and we used the tennis courts, pool, beach club, basketball court and volleyball court. We are sure you will enjoy your stay too!

Beautiful home for a family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Peter and Peggy’s Seabrook home. The communication is great. If you have any questions Peter will get back with you within the hour if not sooner! They have thought of everything. It is the most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, bicycles and the list goes on. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We all had a place to get away when we needed to. There is a great deck that overlooks the golf coarse. We had drinks and read up there. The screened in porch was great for rainy afternoons. The dining room table was large enough for us all to play games. We rode the bikes to boardwalk one and then walked the bikes down the boardwalk and rode them on the beach toward Kiawah in order to see the dolphins strand feed. That was amazing!! They had a ping pong table, kayaks and a canoe there was just so much to do and we had a blast! We also used the amenity cards to play pickleball a couple of days! We will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Peter and Peggy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

One of our faves

This was our second trip to Seabrook and it did not disappoint! The home was spacious and a great location. An easy bike ride to the beach club and the nearest beach entrance is even closer. Rental included bikes, which we used often- we had to rent bikes last time, so one less thing to think about. The owner is very responsive and gave detailed instructions for check in and amenity card process. Would stay here again!

Peter is the best!

I often read reviews where the homeowner is praised and think how much of an impact did that have on your actual vacation? In Peter's case, he played such an important role. We had experienced a family death the week before, and Peter went out of his way to reschedule things and make accommodations for us. And he checked on us throughout the week. He's wonderful And so is the house! The beds and living areas are all very comfortable for a house of 8 adults. I loved that everyone could have a queen or king bedroom. We will definitely be back!

The living spaces were much more open than we could see from the pictures. The kitchen had anything you would ever need, beds were comfortable, host was very responsive and our week was idyllic. Love Seabrook Island.

Wonderful Property

This was more like staying in someone's home then a rental property. There's was literally everything one would need from kitchen gear to a slew of bikes to enjoy. Having two wonderful master bedroom suites was really a plus as well. The location on a very quiet street was great backing up to the 17th hole (I believe). The beach and golf club was a short bike ride away. Honestly the house photo's don't do justice to how wonderful it was, so much so, we are already scheduled to visit again.

Fantastic Week on Seabrook!

Peter and Peggy’s house was perfect! Nice, quiet neighborhood, wonderful space and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Peter was very responsive when we had questions and gave very detailed information regarding the property and the island. Having bikes to use was an added bonus. Our son rode everyday! Fantastic family vacation home

We had a truly wonderful vacation week renting this gorgeous home in Seabrook Island SC. We have been there before and just love it. Great stay for running Kiawah Marathon

The property was great! A little way away from the beach, but that’s fine since it was December anyway. We were there for the Kiawah Island Marathon, and staying off Kiawah Island is the way to go since basically everything on Kiawah is closed. This was about 20 minutes away from the race parking (with traffic) and most of the 20 minutes was within the Seabrook Island subdivision. The house had ample room for the 3 runners and their families, had a hot tub which was great for recovery and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all staying. The owner was very helpful and had everything arranged ahead of time. The only thing we wish he knew was that it backed up to the golf course and we should have booked a tea time. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful Home, Close to the Beach

Peter and Peggy, Thank you so much for the hospitality. You were always available to answer questions and help troubleshoot. We had a great time playing games and catching up with friends and family. Except for the non working hot tub, it was a great stay. I appreciate your help in trying to resolve but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the weekend. Thanks again!

Home away from home

We felt like we were home as soon as we opened the door. Beautiful, comfortable, clean & with everything you could need and more. The garage had so many items available, we needed another week to get to them 8+ bikes, kayaks, crab cages, ping-pong table, cornhole etc. Peter was an excellent host & always very responsive. The only suggestion I have is to rearrange the cabinets to allow more space to store food since there was only 1 small cabinet for guests who bring a lot to cook. I would definitely stay again!!

If you are looking for a home, not just a rental space, this is the place! Everything you can imagine in the kitchen, luxurious sheets on the beds, bikes for you to utilize, and more!
