Forget the hustle & bustle of the noisy city life & enjoy the serenity of our cozy home on the edge of the Foothills. This three bedroom, three bath oasis will have you wanting to extend your time away from home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch from the rocking chairs & bask in the mountain views. Enjoy a get together with friends & family at the outdoor kitchen/bar area. Watch the stars cozied up on the couch near the outdoor fireplace.
If access is needed to the 3rd bedroom due to your guest arrangement, an additional $50 cleaning fee is required. A separate access code will be provided at that time.

Please clean up after your pets using the plastic bags in the pantry and place in the garbage receptacles. Animals are not allowed on the furniture
Upon departure, please place the outdoor cushions in the storage container and rocking chairs returned to the garage.
Dispose of any cooled ashes in the metal bin beside the fireplace. Clean the grill area if used. Please advise if you used up a propane tank.

Aptly named Foothills Oasis

Comfortable and spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated, this was a great place for our Yuma getaway. The neighborhood is attractive and close to hiking trails. Highly recommend!

Beautifully maintained and provisioned home in a quiet, picturesque area. We did not need a single thing to cook in the kitchen. There is every convenience available. We all slept incredibly well on the firm beds. We enjoyed sitting outside in back in the evenings and although we did not use the outdoor kitchen area, it’s very nice.

Amazing Home

Kari is a wonderful host, and the house is amazing! We were very happy with the cleanliness and all of the amenities. Beside the fact that temps were near 110 deg, we had a wonderful stay. Foothill Oasis

“Oasis” describes our stay perfectly. The house was spacious and accommodated two couples allowing each other’s privacy. We so enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen in the evening. The decor was classy, the kitchen was nicely appointed, and the beds very comfy. Such a nice neighborhood, it was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We look forward to another visit from the Pacific Northwest to stay in your “Foothills Oasis” thank you Kari. Jennifer & Steve

Great Home and Casita in the Desert

We had a great time at this very nice home and Casita. The main house has a great room and kitchen with a super comfy reclining chair and sofa. Nice kitchen with a pantry and spice cupboard that is mostly stocked, so no need to bring zip-locks and spices!The Casita is just a few steps out the back and next to a wonderful BBQ area with outdoor seating.There is a stylish gate at the driveway for extra security (which isn't really needed in this quiet neighborhood, but appreciated anyway).It's only about a 5 minute drive to lots of shopping and food and there is a par 3 and regular golf course within 1/2 mile.Great place to relax and enjoy. The house seems well insulated, so stayed cool without the air running non-stop.Very enjoyable overall stay!

If I'm unable to ride during the winter months, you may find me in my craft room making cards, scrapbooking, making jewelry, or any other new craft I've decided to learn.

My father-in-law had a house in the Foothills and we've always loved the close knit neighborhood. It's a great place to relax and visit with friends or neighbors.

The yard is so inviting and relaxing! There are areas to entertain while you're cooking outside whether it's playing cornhole or just visiting and enjoying others company.
