Stay and enjoy the beautiful renovated home kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances as well as kitchen, utensils, pots, and bakeware.
We’ve provided plenty of sitting to entertain each bedroom, especially designed for comfort. Every room contains a Smart TVs perfect for a lazy day. 2 king and a queen mattress was selected with your best sleep in mind
When you’re in the mood to venture out, there couldn’t be a better central location minutes away from the Medcenter Museum, District, Galleria, Midtown and downtown.
All bedrooms, include a high quality mattress, closet for storage and smart TV

Everything was great, except for there was only a couple rolls of toilet paper, (we had to buy some) some of the towels smelled moldy and the battery on the alarm system needed to be replaced so it kept beeping all day and night. Great location, closed the downtown area.

Nice spot near downtown

We wanted a three-bedroom home near downtown for a convention and this property fit the bill. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a quick weekend adventure.

Beautiful house. Neighborhood is kinda sketchy. Owner should invest in ceiling fan in master bedroom. All rooms were nice and fresh but A/C didnt hit master bedroom the same as those. But over-all, great stay. I would stay here again.

Terrible Host

We were in Houston from Jul 3 to Jul 8. Category 1 Hurricane Beryl made its way through Houston on Jul 8. We contacted the host on the evening of Jul 7 before the storm hit to share that some of our flights had already been cancelled and to see if any concessions could be given due to the pending weather conditions. The host (Derek) immediately began to ask about payment for an extra night. I explained that we might not need a whole night and probably just an extended check out time, and he then switched up and said that he could not extend the time because he needed to get the place cleaned for the next guest. I was in shock at his lack of humanity and compassion to not grant any concessions to guests during this imminent natural disaster. I got off the phone and shared the news with my brothers. The hurricane blasted Houston for about six hours straight with hurricane force winds, and torrential rain, which resulted in flash flooding, down electrical lines, fallen trees and limbs on houses and roadways. The airports were shutdown and millions of residents were left without power, including the residence in question. The host never even got back in touch with us to check on our well-being or the condition of the property. We were all very disheartened by this experience and would not recommend stay at any property that this person is currently hosting until they improve their customer service and disaster preparedness response.
