There are two parking spaces in the driveway for you. Both are on the left side of the driveway, tandem style. There is a security camera mounted above the front entrance door. It only shows the back deck and driveway for safety. There are no other cameras anywhere.

Your private code will open the main door to the home and also your private apartment door. It’s the same code for both doors.
You will have access to the entire second and third floor, which is Unit #2 in this two-family home. The first floor is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom short term rental. The shared laundry is in the basement that you will also have access to.
