It was a perfect little cottage for a getaway. It had the feel of a home away from home. Loved it and definitely would recommend to anyone needing a place to get away and relax!
Perfect place to rest before driving home to Houston
This was such a a cute, cozy place for my family of 5 to rest for the night after an evening wedding at Lost Mission. It was clean and felt like a home away from home. It was stocked with everything we needed, including some waffle mix, syrup, butter, and eggs which made the perfect breakfast before heading home. We would definitely stay here again!
We traveled with our dog for a wedding so our purpose was more focused on a dog friendly place and to attend the wedding. The one negative was the stairs inside. A little more steep than normal and you had to watch your head at the top.
The inside was very clean and the decor rustic, which I loved. The setting outside was typical hill country beautiful with winding roads throughout. Several good restaurants close by and shopping maybe a 15 minute drive away. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Never got to stay there. When I got there, somebody was already staying in the rent property, there's two houses. asked where's the rental key to the other house next door. they said we found ours in the mailbox I went next door there was no mailbox. it was the right house the right address. so I said how am I supposed to get in and she said she did not know so I waited two hours to see if anyone would cone to cabin to clean up the mess that was left behind. No one came. I left with nowhere to stay and my money is already with your company. I am so upset I have pictures of the other house that I assumed was mine it was dirty like a pig's pin I went out and bought a broom and mop, cleaning products. But then thought why should I clean up a house that's supposed to be spic and span for the next rental person but there's no way to get in it. No phone service in that area. Could not get in touch with arbo via text, email, ..talk about very upset customer. I feel I was a scammed or they booked two families for same rental on the same day. the nice lady that was in the half house said you want to come in and have a cup of coffee. I said no thank you I'm going to go back to the city Houston where I have phone reception and here where we are. I'm out $170 no place for my family to stay they were at the family BBQ that was 30 min. I chose this rental so we could sleep there only after the big BBQ AND not have drive back to Houston all in the same day. It's now a week later .
