Property was okay, service was lacking. Had someone try to break in our room around 1:40AM while we were sleeping. I managed to scare the guy away and called the front desk with the belief they would call the police. That didn’t happen, they didn’t fix our window until 36 hours later. Not once did the hotel management reach out to see if we were okay and if we wanted another room. Beware if you decide to stay here. You are literally on your with no help from the staff. I will never stay at a Sonesta property again.
