The property has lots of nice indoor and outdoor space with nice amenities. The location is central to West Palm Beach Downtown and Palm Beach. The neighborhood has a nice vibe and many restaurants in the Northwood area that are very close by. Our host was very responsive and it was a pleasure to rent her home.

Houston Astros Spring Training Stay

Host was an excellent communicator. The house was recently remodeled, such that the original owners likely wouldn't recognize it. Open floor plan and plenty of living room. If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown West Palm, this is your place. Many excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. Quiet, very quiet neighborhood. No motorcycles, sirens, or loud vehicles. Nice private backyard. Bathroom was very well thought out, with a shower for big and tall people. Would certainly stay here again. Great for 2-4 people

Home Away From Home

We were blessed to find this home for our stay in West Palm. We were there over Christmas and New Years due to my daughter’s knee surgery and PT at Paley Institute. The house was perfect and very convenient to everything. Most of all the house was clean, comfortable, cozy and felt like home.

My friend and I spent five days here - and LOVED it. Spotlessly clean house and a lovely enclosed backyard. What we love about West Palm: It's cosmopolitan, but still small enough to feel neighborhood-y, the down-to-earth people, and its equal shares share of beach life, cultural attractions, and shopping -- with some of the best food we've eaten in a while!

Why they chose this property

Historic Northwood is an ideal location, centrally located to everything. The house is minutes from West Palm Beach, the Causeway to Palm Beach, two beaches, and the area's fantastic restaurants and cultural attractions. We love the tree-lined streets, architecture, and proximity to the water.

What makes this property unique

We are experienced travelers, and we know what makes us feel comfortable while we're away from home. We've focused on designing a tranquil, tropical haven in a private but centrally located neighborhood that feels like home away from home. We've thought of the little extras, like high thread-count sheets, a generous shower, and a private spot to enjoy a beverage. Enjoy the tranquility and ease of coming and going as you please, being minutes from all the attractions in the surrounding areas, and returning to a comfortable oasis.
