The property offers 2 separate detached homes. One being the main and other being the guest house. Guests with a group of 6 will have access to the main house only. Guests with 7 or more in their group have access to both houses. Both houses can be booked regardless of the amount of guests for an additional cleaning fee.
We do not host 2 Separate groups at the property at the same time. We give every group their privacy and block off the guest house as well.

The main house has 2 bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs bedroom has 3 queen beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower and bidet. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed as well as a full bathroom with walk in shower and Toto toilet bidet.
The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, espresso machine, pots, pans,utensils and more.

Guest house has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a full bath. A small kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge.

Laundry room with washer and dryer. All high end appliances.

Lots of areas to entertain. Huge outdoor kitchen with a propane bbq grill, sink, pergola, fire pits and lots of seating area.
Lots of activities for the family like Play structure, volleyball net, hot tub and horse shoe game. The deck is my personal favorite. Not only do you get a spectacular view of Mt. Hood but you also get to enjoy the variety of birds singing.

We have friendly alpacas. You and your guests are more than welcome to pet and feed them.
We also have a ford 12 passenger van that can be added to your stay for a small fee. Inquire with the host.

You and your party will have access to the entire property. We do have a grounds keeper who lives on the property but she is on the other side and most likely you will not see her. We are also up the street and available to answer any questions or concerns.
