Our luxurious and upscale 4-bedroom home features 4 California king beds, full-size bunks, a twin trundle, and a sleeper sofa. Start your day right with a cup of coffee on our screened-in porch that offers stunning views of the golf course. The beautiful sugar sand beaches are just a short trip down the street of this Brand NEW East end beach house.

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

Perfect for friend groups

If you have a good mixture of couples and singles in the group you're taking to PCB, then look no furthur. This house was PERFECT for 3 couples and 3 singles. The house was clean, the couch was so comfortable, the back deck was nice, the bathroom were clean with everything we needed. I would def stay here again.

Great house. Great location

House is beautiful and huge! Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 teen boys. Game room was a huge plus! And the putt putt as well. The location couldnt be beat. So close to everything! Quiet neighborhood. Host was fantastic to work with

PCB Spring Break

I traveled to PCB for the first time for spring break with my family and some friends. The location of the house was great. It was close enough to all the local restaurants, beach and attractions but off the main strip so you still had some quiet without all the spring break action. The house was the perfect size and layout for our group. We had a couple of issues with the internet going out and the gas going out but Joe was super responsive and easy to work with. He had a new router to the house the next day and kept us updated on the gas situation which was resolved the next day as well. He even refunded some of the cost for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this rental for a large group with teenagers Great house, like cation and property management!

Second Chance

My family and I had a great time at this property, very spacious. However, the grill outside was filthy and has NOT been cleaned in months. I made contact with Joe, the property manager, who was easy to contact and I addressed the issue. A staff member arrived the next morning to clean the grill, but couldn't throughly clean the grill due to heavy grease build-up. I purchased a basic grill at the local Wal-Mart the first day of arrival when my family noticed the uncleaned grill so we were good. There were other small issues with cleaning in the kitchen area but nothing major. Nice property, deserves a second chance. I will use this property again!
