House with great location, in a gated community, with beautiful views of the Garopaba Lagoon. Access to the house is paved.
Distance of 2 km from Praia da Ferrugem and Praia da Barra, 1.5 km from Silveira and 2 km from the center of Garopaba.
House with 2 accommodations. One suite, equipped with a full kitchen, Smart TV and cable TV, microwave and air conditioning.
An accommodation with full kitchen, sofa, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms with an incredible view of the lagoon.
The house is on the same plot as my property. Access to each environment is independent. Leisure area with pool and barbecue shared between guests. If both accommodations are rented by the same tenant, the leisure space will be for exclusive use.

Amazing experience

We had an amazing experience with Klaus and his property. The pictures, although accurate, do not do justice to the house, the location, and the atmosphere the house offers. Klaus was always very responsive before and during our stay. The house has everything you need to spend time with family and friends. We are already looking forward to return.

Lugar incrível!

Passamos quatro dias em família, numa casa aconchegante e com essa vista incrível! Os anfitriões nos receberam muitíssimo bem e foram super prestativos. Nos fizeram sentir na casa de verdadeiros amigos. A casa fica em um condomínio na estrada que dá acesso a praia da Ferrugem. Tem um acesso por trilha até a praia da Silveira, que é muito legal. Além disso, aproveitamos bastante a área comum, com piscina e churrasqueira. Obrigada Klaus e Paula, com certeza nós voltaremos para este cantinho no paraíso.

A casa é simplesmente sensacional. A vista é maravilhosa, algo indescritível, muito melhor que nas fotos. Sala ampla, iluminada, com TV Smart, o que pra nós foi ótimo, pois com crianças, tinha Netflix e Youtube para desenhos. Quartos bem arejados, banheiros amplos e tudo pensado nos mínimos detalhes. A cozinha é muito equipada, com todos os utensílios. A área da churrasqueira e da piscina é ótima, bem estruturada, com muita, muita natureza. Realmente o clima é muito agradável, férias inesquecíveis e o lugar foi muito importante para isso. O proprietário é super atencioso e se coloca à disposição para qualquer imprevisto. Realmente dá uma tristeza na hora de ir embora...

A descrição da casa confere com o que encontramos. A limpeza estava no limite da aceitação para os nossos parâmetros, mas nada que estragasse nossa estadia. Há detalhes que precisam de manutenção e comunicamos o anfitrião. Ele foi perfeito e atencioso. Nos auxiliou a carregar a bagagem na chegada e na saída e se mostrou à disposição para o que fosse necessário. Em termos gerais, nossa experiência foi positiva e recomendamos o imóvel. Una casa soñada en lo alto del morro, dentro de un barrio cerrado, con seguridad. Su dueño nos recibió y atendió gentilmente. Todo funcionaba correctamente y coincidía con las fotos publicadas.
