Approximately 15 minutes to Canada and 2 minutes to Niagara Falls Airport and 25 minutes to Buffalo/Niagara International Airport.

Excellent stay! I was in town for 10 days and the room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well maintained. Denise was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
