The name Magnificent is quite appropriate for this 25 000 square foot ten bedroom villa. Grand in size and stature, the villa was designed with oversized open spaces, perfect for large events, weddings, family reunions and large groups. The huge living area, deck and oversize pool allows for guests to never feel crowded, even in groups of 20. The modern open floor plan, large guest lounging and dining areas, huge deck, and entertaining game room make for a relaxing and fun vacation getaway!

Fantastic full floor game room, with full kitchen/bar, pool table, poker table, blackjack table, Foosball table, craps table, roulette table and an entertainment cabinet with home theater and BOSE music system. Game room level also features an outdoor deck with incredible views of Mismaloya Cove and the Pacific Ocean. The house is located very close to Barcelo hotel Puerto Vallarta.
