Excellent Stay for Spring Training Baseball

The property was perfect for my son and I visiting for Spring Training baseball. Location was less than 15 minutes to Camelback Ranch and Peoria. Very close to several amenities in the West Gate area. The size and cleanliness of the property was great The host was super responsive to questions. I would stay here again!

My kids wanted to get away for the weekend and this house was perfect! Very spacious, plenty to do nearby, and lots of games. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay on a Work Trip

Was in Glendale to work the Final Four. Stayed with one other co-worker. This property was a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. Communication with the host was great. Would recommend for anyone coming through town for a work trip.

Issues from the start

The online listing was highly inaccurate. At first, the host did his best to accommodate our issues but after all was said and done our whole stay was without a microwave, coffee pot only worked one morning, the unit was not fully cleaned. There were many issues overall.

Decent home in not that great of a neighbourhood

Check in and and communication was excellent. Backyard was over grown and not as depicted in the pictures. Little garbage can full of something out on the patio. Microwave did not work for us, towels in the washer and dryer. For us beds were not comfy. Power went out on our stay and stayed out for about 3.5 hours which the host was quick to communicate about. No extra garbage bags were left for us to try and clean up. For what we needed the home for the it served us well.

Good location - close to a lot of restaurants

The place matches the description, and the location was good for us (traveled to AZ for a baseball tournament). The interior is nice and suited us just fine, but I will say the outside/neighborhood seemed a little rundown, but overall it was nice and quiet and no complaints there. My feedback would be to provide more coffee, but we had to go to the store anyway so we bought a box of pods. Also maybe the listing says, but I was surprised there isn't a dishwasher. So if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking just be aware! Also we had troubles with the lock a few times, and parking can be confusing/crowded. Overall we had a good experience!
