This level offers three master bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathtub in the center of the room, and the other two with ensuite bathrooms with showers. There is also living area furnished with two sofa beds that can convert into a bedroom by sliding doors. All bedrooms have access to balconies leading to steps down to the pool area.On the lower floor is a minimalistic and modernly decorated living room, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher) and a dining area, all offering amazing sea views. A fourth double bedroom with ensuite shower, a guest WC and, a store room with washing machine can also be found on this lower level. From here guests have direct access to the swimming pool and terraces.
