Welcome to a whimsical getaway nestled among the majestic trees of Black Butte Ranch, where the House of Bear beckons with open arms. This spacious haven, located on the 7th Green of the Glaze Meadow golf course, is a treasure trove of delights, offering the perfect escape for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. This home recently underwent an extensive remodel, featuring modern upgrades throughout and the added comfort of brand-new air conditioning for year-round enjoyment. No matter the season, outdoor recreation opportunities are abundant in this area and include golfing, biking, hiking, and skiing. The Glaze Meadow recreation center is only a quick 5 min walk which features indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts. The ranch has over 18 miles of bike paths to explore the expansive area or to ride to one of the 5 pools to take a relaxing dip and enjoy the serenity.

After a day full of excitement, return to the welcoming living room, where the wood stove and Smart TV create the perfect setting for unwinding. Or play board games, cards or a see if you have any luck with jigsaw puzzles. When hunger arises, utilize the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill make dining a breeze. Enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning landscape through the many windows or dine al fresco on the spacious deck, with panoramic views of the Glaze Meadow’s 7th green as your backdrop. After dinner, relax in the comfort of your private hot tub or gaze at the stars from the desk with the telescope.

Each bedroom radiates rustic warmth and comfort, ensuring a restful night’s slumber for everyone and ready for another day of adventure. If work calls, enjoy the private office away from everyone tucked away in the garage. A private washer/dryer are available to keep those clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
