You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Condo rental at its finest!

I stayed at this wonderful condo for 2 weeks in April 2023. As soon as I entered this condo on my first day, I had a feeling of relaxation. It was perfect! Very clean and inviting! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities you'd need plus some--even plastic containers to store your leftovers or bring something to eat to the pool or beach. They had a wagon with 2 beach chairs you could use. Only a few steps to the pool and a quick walk to the beach, this location was just right! The owners were very responsive with any question you may have. I highly recommend this first floor unit!
