Beautiful Condo In Crystal Village, Miramar Beach, Destin, FL! This ground floor unit, easy-access, pool-side unit allows you to pull right up to your front door and enter the property. This newly updated condo has: New paint, flooring, an updated kitchen, and new furniture. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats four and a breakfast bar with additional seating. The comfortable living room will provide you with a great setting for a family movie night with the 55 " 4k TV/DVD player. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, a 40 " 4k V/DVD player, and a master bathroom with a shower/tub combo for your convenience. The guest bedroom hosts two twin beds and a 42 " 4k TV/ DVD player, and a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This property goes the extra mile to ensure guests have all the comforts of home and more. Let the kids play in the grass, while enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee by the pool, just steps outside the front door.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided.The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
You’ll feel like you’re home in these quaint and cozy cottages. But the lovely grounds and large pool will remind you that this is vacation, sweet vacation. These uniquely designed 2 story units all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your own patio. The celebrated white sand beaches, golf courses, local restaurants/bars, and local vacation attractions are located less than a mile in any direction.
* 2 Pools (Northeast pool is seasonally heated) Heated Thanksgiving, Christmas through spring break each year.
*Only TWO vehicles are allowed per unit. You have a marked space and a visitor spot. Again, all vehicles must have a displayed parking pass. If not displayed you are subject to be towed. No Commercial Vehicles allowed on property overnight. The patios and balconies are only for organized patio furniture. There are to be no: Coolers, bikes, towels hanging over railings, and like items. Only patio furniture.

Great condo for family vacation

I was a little worried when I read some of the other reviews. This house was perfect. It was very clean when we arrived. The property manager responded promptly. The condo is about three blocks from the beach. It’s a very close walk. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was well appointed. The only downside is you can hear the people upstairs walking. There happened to be a young family staying there and those kids ran around like the Indy 500. We didn’t spend much time in the condo so it didn’t bother us much. We rented a golf cart from Beach Better Golf Carts. I highly recommend them.

Cockroaches in kitchen

We booked this based off the the previous reviews which were mostly good reviews. I saw that a couple of people mentioned a few years ago how terrible the beds were and i thought they would have got that fixed by now. Nope beds are very hard and uncomfortable. It is like sleeping on a wooden crate even my very light teen girls were uncomfortable in the twin beds this made for very unpleasant nights sleep. This is a bottom floor so every morning at 6:30am the tenants children upstairs were running back and fourth and woke us up. So the combination of bad beds and upstairs noise this was not a very relaxing trip.The listing mentions use of cooler wagon, chairs and umbrellas well all these items are very worn out and falling apart. We could not even use the cooler or one of the chairs due to the condition of these items. Most importantly be aware of you food items you leave in the kitchen. We did not notice at check in but did notice on the fourth day of our stay the infestation of roaches in the kitchen. We were so disgusted that we threw away all of our food we had purchased. I noticed the roaches in the night when the lights were off. I went into the kitchen to get water and to my surprise they were in the sink and near the appliances. Just be aware that the reviews are misleading. The property is a short walk to the beach however if you have little ones this can be a long hot walk and you might as well just drive. Overall condition is fair could definitely be better.

Great Stay

Overall very good property and the location is a plus. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I went for Spring Break the only thing i did not like is the Codo says it has a seasonal Heated pool and the heated pool was not even warm. Will definitely come back in the summers.
