Charming décor in a spacious setting...wonderful ocean views...Cool morning.. sun on the balcony over-looking the pool and tropical landscaping. The sun sparkling on the blue ocean water and the white sand calling you to come and relax! Tile throughout, except for beautiful wood laminate in the bedroom. Two full baths and a bunk room with TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving, including a Keurig K-compact coffee maker. NEW LG 49" class 4K Smart LED TV and 2 other flat screen TVs. Beach Set-up (2 chairs and an umbrella) Saves you over $200 for a weekly rental. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Owners of a unit at Gulfview II 2009 - 2017 and Beach Resort since 2016. We have always loved the tropical landscaping and the sound of the fountain in the pool at Beach Resort. We're excited to be owners here at Beach Resort. We have been coming to this beautiful area since 2003. We love the scenery , the restaurants, and fun atmosphere. We believe you will not find white sandy beaches or beautiful blue water any better than here......join us in the fun!
