Start packing your bags you have found the perfect location for your beach vacation! The Mediterranea of Destin, Unit A402, is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with stunning, unobstructed Gulf views. Not even the palms trees will block your view of the emerald waters and sugar white sand from our condo's balconies. The complex is perfect for couples and families alike. Our condo features a 'keyless' entry. Enjoy Free WIFI and seasonal beach service consisting of two chairs and one umbrella during your stay with us.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and spacious bathroom complete with a relaxing soaking tub, separate shower. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom's private balcony. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and also features a private bath and balcony.

Our living room is tastefully decorated. Sit back in comfort on the sofa and love seat while watching our flat screen television. Step out on to the spacious balcony and you just might spot dolphins playing near the shore. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home. Beautiful surroundings coupled with emerald waters and soft, white sand beaches make for a vacation you'll wish would never end!

Mediterranea offers an outdoor hot tub and gorgeous pool surrounded by an expansive sundeck and tropical garden landscaping. Enjoy a game of tennis or keep up your exercise routine at Mediterranea's fitness center. Connect with family, friends or the office with our free wireless internet service.

The amenities at the resort such as the pool, hot tub and by far the private beach (that the umbrella guys do take serious) were all perfect!!! In the heart of Miramar 🏖️

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious, comfortable and well appointed condo. Each room had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the beach and the pool. The private access to Miramar beach with reserved umbrellas and chairs was great. This is an excellent location close to many restaurants and stores some in walking distance. Would love staying here again.

We had to book last minute as our other property was undergoing emergency repairs. Gail was super patient and helpful we adjusted our plans. We booked this place last minute thanks to the hurricane down in Southern Florida, and let me tell you, the host was an absolute rockstar! She was on it, super responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled in fast—even with the last-minute rush. The unit? Totally stocked, even had beach chairs ready for us to hit the sand! The only thing that could’ve made our stay even better? If the Mediterranea heated the pool for fall break! That would’ve been the cherry on top. But hey, that’s on the building, not this fabulous unit itself!

Will stay here again and again!

This had everything that was listed in the description! The view was stunning from the balcony! We were so glad that the hot tub was fixed during the middle of our stay (we were notified prior that is down for maintenance) communication with owner was very efficient and reliable. In terms of cookingware and appliances the kitchen had everything we needed. My boys found the 2 queen beds to be very comfortable. It's a very well maintained,.quiet and beautiful property. It's right across the street and loved that the price included beach chair and umbrella rental. If there's one thing I'd change, is replace the the king size mattress. It was ok, but found myself opting for the very comfortable couch in the living room a couple of times during the middle of the night. Besides that, my family and i had such an amazing experience there and will absolutely pick this property again when I'm back in Destin!

We spent many wonderful vacations with family & friends in the Destin/Miramar Beach area before we decided to purchased our condo. We love the outstanding views of the sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are Gail and Chris Iacovelli from Naperville, Illinois and are an owner-managed property.

Why they chose this property

Mediterranea is gorgeous and well maintained. This is the complex everyone stops to admire. Our location is excellent as Mediterranea is directly across the street from the beach. We are close to Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall, Destin Commons, many fine restaurants and golf courses are just minutes away. You can walk to Pompano Joe's restaurant for a quick bite to eat!
