Unit includes new hard-surface flooring throughout, crown moldings that elevate the 10' ceilings, two built-in fireplaces, and large smart-televisions. The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront. At the end of the day, your master bedroom awaits to provide an oasis of relaxation while the flickering flames of your private electric fireplace dance with the crystals. Great condo on the beach! Very clean and nicely remodeled. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The pools and hot tub were great as well. We loved the fireplaces and the large balcony. The only thing that could have made our stay even better was maybe a couple plastic plates and cups for the kiddos, some beach toys, and maybe a couple board games or a puzzle. It was wonderful though and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this unit.

Great stay!

The unit is beautifully decorated and peaceful. Great views, and the pool and beach service were so nice to have. The location is great near shops and restaurants and right next door to the Surf Hut restaurant. The only recommendation for improvement is that the washing machine could use a good cleaning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Miramar Beach!

Sparkling Gem on the Gulf

If you could draw up your perfect vacation rental from scratch, it would likely come close to 414 at the Crescent. Upon walking in for the 1st time, I simply texted my wife at the pool: "This is amazing". The newly renovated unit was clean and orderly, with not a speck of sand or dirt in sight. The furnishings and appliances are modern and sleek, from the expected to the charging stations in every room and multiple outlets in the living area with USB ports. The master bath's shower setup was luxurious. My only regret was not spending more time on the balcony, furnished comfortably and providing a spectacular view of the gulf. For our family of 3 with an 8-year old, the location was perfect. The beach has a private section for residents/renters at the Crescent, and the hosts graciously provided beach set-up service of an umbrella and 2 chairs. Access to the beach from the complex was easy, direct, and quick. The pool was fairly large for a 4-level building, and even with a couple dozen people enjoying it, you were never crowded for space. We plan on coming back to Miramar Beach in the next few years, and my first action will be checking on the availability of this unit.

Crescent Always Nice

We've been staying at the Crescent for about 15 years. We love the property, especially the pool, and the access to the beach. The staff is fine. On this particular trip, we had some issues, the fire alarm went off one night and would not quit. Not for the entire complex, just our unit. Can you imagine? It's LOUD, not very restful, and just super annoying. It would quit for a while, then start up again. First we had a very difficult time reaching the renter, finally we did, but she was not helpful at all. After an hour or so, they sent somebody out there to turn the fire alarm off. The next day, somebody came out and put in a new one. The Crescent is getting kind of old, and it shows it in some ways. The fitness room could use an update, some of the equipment was messed up, but overall, I'm glad it's there and I got my workout in. I'd still rate the Crescent as the best place to stay on the outskirts of Destin, it's nice, clean, very nice pool, generally well maintained, and expensive enough to keep the riff riff out. Some people bring dogs, we didn't, they should be consistent here. If I'm going to have to hear dogs barking, I ought to be able to bring one of ours.

First time Miramar

Property was very conveniently located. Beach access very easy and the chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach were a bonus. Had internet issues which were promptly resolved. More towels were needed and provided but not until mid week. Pillows on bed desperately need updated. Overall very nice and would recommend to others.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the Crescent. It was a beautiful condo and we liked that it was only 4 floors. My only recommendation would be to possibly leave a bracelet or 2 in the condo. You can’t check in until 4, front desk staff leaves at 5 and doesn’t come back till 9. When you’re traveling that one hour is a very short window.

Wonderful Vacation at The Crescent again this year!

Our beautiful condo facilities were more than sufficient. Our families of 10 enjoyed the enjoyed the two condos we rented, the beach, and the pool. Our grandchildren, ages 5-7 enjoyed spending time with other guests children at the pool and the beach. The site is clean, safe and inviting for families. Thank you for having such fine facilities and for the secure operations at the site.

September vacation

Location of the Crescent is ideal. Landscaping and grounds maintenance are great features. Our host,Marcia,was wonderful to work with. The unit looks like something that you would like to live in. Highly recommend this unit and this hostess for your stay..!

Because it is gorgeous, directly on the sugar-white beaches that made Destin famous, and one of the most desirable properties in all of the panhandle, at a price you can't beat for what you get. Includes 2 king beds, Pottery Barn sofa that converts to a unique side queen sleeper in living room suitable for the youngsters , beach service included of 2 chairs and one umbrella (in season), and a balcony with comfortable furniture and two chase lounges that we bet you will fall asleep in before your stay is over.

Pool Pavilion is fabulous. If not the best in all of Destin, certainly one of the exceptional pool pavilions! Generally uncrowded, with not just one but 2 pools to relax in, and one so large that your pool toys and rafts are always welcome.
