We've stayed at the Crescent over a dozen times, and we would definitely rent this unit again. The small loveseat in the master bedroom was a great bed for one of our kids. Loved that you can see the shoreline from the balcony, unlike some of the units on lower levels.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was an odd patterned knocking coming from either air or refrigerator only certain hours of the night and into the day. Kept my mother up and woke us all up at certain times . Other than that great unit and very comfortable! We love the crescent !

The property is dilapidated, the furnishings aren’t updated, there’s holes in the ceilings, marks on the wall, the doors to the deck were stuck, the ac froze up at 73 degrees, and the deck chairs had holes in them or fell in while we were there. And a large spider crawled up the spare bedroom cabinet. The beach is not that great. The neighbors decks are within touching proximity. The best thing was the pool.

Great location for a fun Beach Week

We’ve visited the Destin area many times, but this was our first stay at the Crescent. The property was very clean, and our unit was quiet with a stunning view of both the ocean and the pool.Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service when we arrived, so we had to carry all of our luggage up several flights of stairs—which wasn’t ideal. Thankfully, they were up and running later that evening and remained functional for the rest of our stay.The pool area was excellent—spacious and well-maintained—and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The beach crew was friendly and helpful with the setups, and our kids especially loved the snowcones.Condo 415 was a great fit for our family of seven. It’s fairly simple in terms of decor, but everything was in working order. Our main complaint was the unusually low toilet in the master suite—it felt like one you’d find in a preschool! Bedding and towels were provided in sufficient quantity, though we always bring our own blankets just in case.Overall, we’d return to the Crescent. It was a great place to stay while making lasting memories.
