The Crescent 207 is a delightful condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Kick back and relax surrounded by gorgeous views from this waterfront refuge fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Unwind on the sofa or two chairs in the living room, or step onto the private balcony and take in coastal breezes. The whole family can enjoy delicious meals at the dining table with seating for six or delight in morning coffee at the breakfast bar, comfortable accommodating three. The kitchen is fully stocked, whether preparing quick snacks for the pool or meals on the occasional night in, and you’ll find plenty or cabinet space to stock essentials. Sink into serene, cozy bedrooms each night, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, an en suite bath with a garden tub, and access to the private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee. A guest suite features a queen-sized bed, while a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for two. A stackable washer/dryer is a welcome convenience to enjoy during your stay.

Spend every day all day outside in the community pools, at the beach, or in the hot tub before checking out the local community. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 6 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
