The Crescent 308 is a gorgeous condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to ten. Featuring stunning interiors in natural hues, the calming palette provides a peaceful backdrop, enhancing spaces designed for relaxation. Prepare delicious meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen, stocked with everything needed for quick snacks or three-course meals. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a spacious living room with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Snuggle up on the sofa and catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV, then drift off to blissful sleep in a king-sized bed with your favorite book in the master suite. Additional guest suites are just as inviting, with queen-sized beds, cozy bedding, and TVs and DVD players, ensuring everyone a relaxing stay. A sleeper sofa in the living room and a full-sized washer and dryer are additional conveniences to make your time here even more enjoyable. Rise each morning with a cup of coffee, from either the French press, coffee grinder, or Keurig, on the balcony while taking in the seascape below. There are a few different games in the unit for all guests to enjoy.

Retreat to the hot tub for some much-needed me time while the kids explore the area’s natural beauty outside by the pool. Pick up a book or two at the library before heading to the fitness facility for a workout then watch the kids build sandcastles at the beach. Dad can get in a few rounds of golf at Seascape or Sandestin, while mom takes the kids to Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park. Meet back up for dinner on the beach at Pompano Joe’s!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 10 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
