This beautiful condominium, exquisitely decorated and appointed, is positioned in the middle of the arc that makes up The Crescent giving it a wide view of the emerald waters that makes the Gulf of Mexico so famous, and the tropical garden and pool area. The kitchen equipped with full size appliances, an ample supply of dishes and cookware, and white cabinets with quartz countertops. The spacious balcony, with its own cozy dining area, can be accessed from both the living area and master bedroom suite. The luxurious master bath has a spacious shower with dual shower heads and hand-held sprayer. The bedrooms and living area also have TVs and DVD players. The living room has a new sofa sleeper (queen size), two new swivel chairs, a recliner and a new coffee table and end tables. The guest bedroom has a new dresser and two new mattresses.

The condo is centrally located in the complex. Well stocked kitchen, awesome balcony for evening hangouts. The beach chair and umbrella service is a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again. Loved the complex, everybody was super nice. The owner of this condo was easy to communicate with, and everything was as promised.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Owner was fabulous and unit is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, so clean and well equipped. Location is perfect beach is beautiful. Clean and perfect location

The condo was as described, clean and well stocked. My favorite thing was the location. We were soo close to the grocery store, the outlet shops and a ton of restaurants. The beach was busy but never felt too crowded. And the pool was also nice, there were always chairs available. The patio is spacious and we spent quite a bit of time out there in the afternoons after a long day at the pool and beach. Would recommend and return.

The ABSOLUTE PERFECT CONDO!!!

This is the absolute PERFECT Condo! We absolutely LOVED our stay here at The Crescent and cannot wait to come back. The condo was large and decorated perfectly! It had a large balcony with table and chairs and 2 loungers. It faced the ocean and pool area. There is also sliding glass doors all along the back so your view of the ocean and pool can be seen from the kitchen area and all throughout the condo. I LOVED IT! The resort itself was just as beautiful! It has a large pool with plenty of seating around it. We never had to "fight" for chairs when we wanted to swim in the pool, which was great. Beautiful landscaping as well. The Winn Dixie is literally 2 blocks away, which was so convenient for groceries. There is an Alvin's Island across the street as well. And if you are a running family, there is a running path on the side of the road that was GREAT! The owners of the condo were very easy to deal with and even checked on us a few times during the week to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything. It was so sweet! You will love this condo and The Crescent, I promise.

Living our best life!

Loved our stay at the Crescent! This was our first time at the property and it won't be our last. Our condo was perfect for our family of three. It had everything we needed! It was very tastefully decorated. The location was perfect. It had a great view of the ocean and the added bonus was that the unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that was setup every morning before we arrived. The main pool is huge for the size of the complex and there is a secondary smaller pool that was heated which was great since we had a cold front come through during our stay. The location in general is perfect given it's a very short walk to the Winn-Dixie that even my 4 year old did twice. The sand at the beach is the most beautiful we've seen in the U.S. Overall we had a fantastic stay and definitely would go back. Teri was so great to work with, very responsive and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. I'd highly recommend this unit for all the items noted above!

Miramar Beach Condo

The condo itself was very nice. The master bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was great with a very nice walk in shower and dual sink. The kids room was nice with separate beds for each of our two kids. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. You have a view of the ocean, but not the beach given you are on the 2nd level. The only down side is you are not actually guaranteed beach chairs and umbrella as you cannot reserve them for the week. It is first come first serve, but many get reserved somehow (either by owners or possibly guests that stay off property but have access to the pool and beach chairs). Great place to stay.
