Relax and get away from it all in Miramar Beach! Located on the 3rd floor of the family-friendly Beach Resort, our condo features one of the BEST pools in the area and is just minutes from the energy of Destin and the charm of 30A.

Included with your stay:

Daily Beach Service: Skip the hauling! Professional setup includes 2 chairs, 2 footstools, and 1 umbrella (March–October) at our private deeded beach access.

Reserved Garage Parking: Keep your vehicle cool and secure in our covered garage spot.

Private Storage: Access our guest locker in the garage, stocked with pool noodles, body boards, and sand toys.

The Space
Our home away from home has been updated with tile floors throughout and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably:

Master Suite: King Size bed with a brand-new Serta Perfect Sleeper hybrid mattress and private en-suite bathroom.

Bunk Room: Tucked away down the hall with twin bunks and custom barn doors for extra privacy. A second full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is right next door.

Living Area: Open-concept design featuring a 70-inch Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, and a pair of matching recliners. We’ve stocked the unit with board games, puzzles, and books.

Balcony: Step out to your private balcony with a patio table and chaise lounge—perfect for sneaking a peek at the Gulf.

A Truly Fully-Stocked Kitchen

Coffee Station: Both a Regular drip maker and a Keurig.

Prep Essentials: All-in-one Slow Cooker/Pressure Cooker, toaster, and electric water kettle.

Fun Extras: A dedicated Stand-alone Ice Maker and a Snow Cone machine for the kids and a Blender for the adults!

Added Conveniences:

In-unit stacked washer/dryer, bath towels, beach towels, and a Pack N' Play.

The property is fantastic overall. Great pool! Only a 5 minute walk to a private access beach. Great location that is near to lots of things to do. It was clean, well stocked with helpful items, and the host was easy to contact. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the master bed was hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable to the point that I was unable to sleep well. The water pressure in the shower was also barely adequate.

My daughter and I had a very relaxing stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and roomy! Close to the beach with lots to do. The grounds and pool were well kept. The owner really thought of everything. Definitely recommend booking this condo and thank the owner for such a clean and comfortable stay!

Our family fell in love with Destin and have been coming to this area for over 10 years. We visit about 3 times a year and decided that we enjoy it enough to start roots here. We spend lots of quality family time here and love the beautiful beach and proximity of local area restaurants and attractions.

Why they chose this property

Modern remodel with a fantastic pool (heat in the off seasons) and hot tub. Beach Resort are low-rise condos with only 64-units, built in 2006.

What makes this property unique

Tastefully remodeled unit with tile throughout condo. Only 64 units in the resort so you don't have to deal with crowds like other high-rise condos.
