Brand NEW listing with sweeping views of the Gulf and only steps to private beach entrance with full beach service included. (There are always 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you!)

Beach Resort is a small 64-unit complex located directly across the street from the Gulf and uniquely includes access to our resort-style pools, hot tub, grills, and is within convenient walking distance to several popular restaurants. Rent a golf cart or some e-bikes and cruise this beautiful stretch of Miramar Beach. Enjoy spectacular views of our sugar sand and emerald water from your own private balcony! Within walking distance to Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s, & Sandos Beachside.

For convenience, we also include access to our private garage parking spot as part of this rental. This provides easy access to the elevators to get up to your unit.

My wife and I came down here for the first time for spring break with our kids and knew we needed to own in this building.

We enjoyed ourselves so much and everybody we talked to was extremely nice. It seemed that most of them were repeat visitors to Beach Resort.

We love to boat, Golf, eat great food, and of course sit in the sun - so this is the perfect spot for us . We love sharing that passion with our guests who always seem to love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

There is just nothing like Beach Resort in the area. Access to a great hot tub two pools grilling areas and a two minute walk to some of the most beautiful sand I’ve ever seen. In addition to that there is plentiful shopping with a short mile or two from here and you’re only a couple of miles from the Marina. Plus the walking trails are spectacular.

This upper level condo at Beach Resort has everything that you need. You are steps away from a beautiful sandy beach, a golf cart right away from anywhere you wanna be, great restaurants within walking distance, and a wonderful Beachy Resort atmosphere that is extremely unique to this property.
