Inside, a bright and open living room is beautifully dressed in beachy decor and comfortable furniture, perfect for watching DVD movies on the mounted flatscreen TV or entertaining friends with glasses of local wine from Emerald Coast Wine Cellars right down the street. After using the ample counter space and stainless steel appliances of the full kitchen to whip up tonight's new masterpiece, serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table while the dishwasher takes care of those dirty dishes. The private patio is a great space for enjoying your morning coffee before heading out to the beach or taking a swim in the shared pool.

Unbeatable location. Fair price. Well laid out condo for our family of 4. Beach is right across Old 98. Great beach front restaurant with Pompano Joes right across the road as well. Good pool size and lounge chairs. The location is our top choice and Tradewinds has been a place we have chosen to stay many times over the years.

The location was great!!! Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was fairly nice and spacious for a small family. We enjoyed the stay.
