The Village of Baytowne Wharf is located just steps from the Pilot House and offers an array of activities to suit every taste. From upscale dining to casual eateries, boutique shopping to lively entertainment venues, Baytowne Wharf caters to all preferences. Guests can revel in the beauty of the nearby marina or enjoy all the amazing amenities that the Resort has to offer. And with the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico less than 2 miles away, 522 Pilot House truly offers the most in vacation luxury and convenience!

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all you need to cook a gourmet meal. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV and access to the fully furnished balcony.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and has convenience to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. The guest bedroom offers 2 cozy queen beds, a kitchenette, an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination and new tile flooring.

A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, garage parking and complimentary high-speed WIFI.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is located just steps from Pilot House and offers restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, rock climbing, and more. The Village also hosts year-round festivals and special events, as well as weekly fireworks displays. The Resort's private beach is located less than 2 miles away and is easily accessible by the resorts complimentary beach tram.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Overall this unit is nice. Very convenient to everything! Only a few flaws that need to be addressed. Bathroom door has no lock, master bath fan makes a lot of noises when on ,water pressure is basically non existent especially in the tub, and hot water needs to be turned up.

Location is amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was amazing because its right near everything that is needed while on your stay. The shower water could have been a little hotter for me and also the toilet to flush we had to hold it down. But other than that everything was perfect.

Closet doors fell in as soon as we walked in, no carts to get luggage, and parking was terrible

Great stay at Baytowne Wharf!

I was there for a family wedding and found this spot perfect! It was close to many great restaurants. I didn't have access to an automobile, but because of it's good location, my stay and participation of family events was not affected in the least. When I had a small problem, a loose shower knob, the management was very responsive offering to come and help. I would choose this beautiful condo again.
