Spacious 5th floor corner unit with balcony overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay! Offering privacy, bay views from every window, and picture perfect sunsets. This luxury condo meets your vacation needs for a group as large as eight. Just outside the ground floor, a lush landscape leads you to the zero entry lagoon pool with two hot tubs and a children’s pool. Walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself in the charming village of Baytowne Wharf, where you can relax with fine or casual dining, shopping, children's activities, or just strolling through the village. If you are feeling energetic you can walk/jog to the beach in about 30 minutes. Play golf and tennis, bicycle, fish, canoe or kayak all day, without leaving the village. Enjoy nightlife and leisurely stroll back to your condo at day’s end. This beautiful corner unit is located within the newest building in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
* Where is the Elation building located ?
Elation is in Baytowne Wharf between the Grand Sandestin and Bahia buildings. The condo overlooks the Choctawatche Bay. Elation is the newest building in the circle around the lagoon pool.

* How far is the beach ?
The Sandestin Beach is about two miles on a walking biking path at the south end of the resort. You can also drive and park or take the free shuttle. The Sunshine Shuttle stops next door at the Grand Sandestin. Someone in your group will need to carry a shuttle ID card you will find on the kitchen counter.

** Where do I park ?
Elation has an underground parking garage with access to the elevator. The garage is only accessible to owners and their guests. You will receive a QR code to open the gate to use unlimited times during your stay. Additional cars can be parked at the Inspiration lot behind the condo. Directions and a map will be provided with your welcome package.
The new system was initiated in January 2023 to ensure parking spaces for owners and their guests.

* Where is the fitness center?
The fitness center is next door at the Grand Sandestin.

* Are the pools heated ?
The small round pool at Elation and the Phil Hummel pool on Baytowne Wharf Ave are usually heated during winter and early spring.

* Do you have a golf cart ?
I'm sorry but we do not own or rent a golf cart. Rentals may be available on line.

* Do you have any discounts ?
Yes, the 7th night is 10 % off

*Do you accept pets ?
I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets because our HOA does not allow it .

* Can I make 3 payments instead of 2 ?
Its not possible because , the VRBO platform is set up for two payments - 25% at booking and 75% 30 days prior to check in.

* Can I change my dates ?
Yes, you can add dates anytime if the dates are available. The fee will be the nightly rental rate.

* Is there a refund if there is a hurricane.
Yes, if Walton County orders a mandatory evacuation.

Condo was awesome- and much bigger than I realized! Three of us were able to nap comfortably on the sectional on a rainy afternoon. Balcony had a wonderful view and plenty of seating. Location was great, walking distance to everything. Host was responsive to all questions. Would for sure stay again.

The room was perfectly clean and stocked. We especially appreciated the large containers of body wash and shampoo since we forgot ours. My absolute favorite was the wonderfully furnished peaceful large balcony. It was the wonderfully quiet place for my Sunday afternoon nap! We visit at least twice a year and will be requesting this unit again!

We loved this property! The ability to take a short and beautiful walk to Baytowne, which has great restaurants and entertainment, is amazing. This unit offers great bay views, wildlife watching, and feels totally private. The easy parking right beneath the unit is also incredible. The free beach access was great and easy to get to. We also enjoyed the beachside pool and the units pool and tub. The unit itself has a great spacious layout. The second bedroom is massive and great for kids or adults. If you are looking for a secluded unit in Sandestin/Baytowne, this is a great one for you!

Beautiful views with plenty of room. Loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings. Spent more time out than in but very convenient to the Wharf! We got lucky and was able to check in several hours early.

This condo was absolutely beautiful with stunning views, location, and was exactly how the photos show. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 8 guests to stay comfortably. The property manager done a great job communicating all the details for everything from no contact check-in and check-out, to parking, specific codes needed for amenities, if the room was clean and ready early, maps of the resort, etc. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this condo to any family looking for a beautiful place to stay.

Second Great Stay

We stayed here in 2023 and were very happy to return this year. The condo is walking distance to Baytowne Wharf and Hotel Effie. We loved the community pool and hot tubs and the great sunsets from the balcony.

Why they chose this property

We chose Sandestin because there is so much to enjoy for all ages from small children to teenagers to grandparents....and everything is within a short walking or driving distance. We especially like the tunnel for golf carts, bicycles and walkers because we can access the entire resort without ever going out on the highway.

What makes this property unique

The Choctawhatchee Bay view is spectacular from the fifth floor balcony. You will look out over tops of pine trees with Destin night lights twinkling in the distance as you enjoy a picture perfect sunset.
The marshes and the bay attract exotic birds and wildlife so you will want to bring your binoculars.
