Looks exactly like the pictures! Was very happy with how clean the unit was. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and newly renovated. Only complaint are the bed linens. They seemed dirty and terribly stained upon arrival. Other than that, was happy overall.

This property is a one bedroom, but I was surprised to find it also had 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. It could sleep 4 adults and 2 kids. It has a nice view from the balcony. Nice stay!

Justin and Marcella were very communicative! The condo is pristine and as described in the listing. The bed is extremely comfortable! There are plenty of luggage carts and elevators for easy access to the condo. I would highly recommend booking one of Justin and Marcella’s properties and have already recommended their condos at Ariel Dunes 1 to my friends. There is no ice maker rather 2 ice trays. We use a lot of ice, so my recommendation for any renter is to make sure you buy ice at the store.

Check in was exactly as described and very easy. No issues over a 7 day stay. Condo was clean and everything worked great (AC, Ceiling Fans & TV). My daughter enjoyed the double bunk beds in the hallway. Complex felt secure and safe, pool was excellent, security was friendly and helpful. very pleasant stay overall. Will visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the view was amazing! The beach is only a block away. We brought our wagon and cooler and soaked up the sun!! Only suggestion would be adding a small thing of dish soap and a scrubber to hand wash the dishes

Great condo with beautiful view, very nice building overall. Only downside was plates and bowls put away dirty. Had to remove them from cabinet, put in dishwasher and run. Not a good welcome. Otherwise great stay.
