Our Family 2025 Vacation

We stay every year at Ariel Dunes I. This year was a last minute booking. Communication was quick. The condo was just as stated. The check in & out instructions were easy. They also had chairs, umbrellas & a few other toys to be used for smaller children. We brought our own but it is good to know for future stays. We had a great time as always.

Great place to stay, great view!

We have stayed at Ariel Dunes 3 different times and we always have a great experience! What we love most about it is the amazing pools, the short walk to the beach, the café that is located downstairs, and the cleanliness of the building. There are maintenance workers that are continuously working to keep the property beautiful and clean. My husband and son loved the golf course that is located on the property.

Unfortunately, the Covid19 severely impacted how travel and host guests. We tried to communicate all restrictions and limitations on service and again apologize that some of the amenities weren't available.

Great View

This condo had a great view. Due to coronavirus I was expecting extra cleanliness steps taken but it just didn’t seem like thorough cleaning was done.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We are taking extra precautions we have removed all extra decorative pillows and comforters and we make sure the blankets on each bed are washed every time. We also exchange out the pillows with our time out bag allowing the pillows to rest between stays. We do a thorough clean that ends with a fogging. So while you may not see these extra steps know that we are taking care to ensure that our units are as sanitary as they can be.

Condo 1206 was okay.

The bed was terrible! We tossed and turned a lot and the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart. Very noisey! Didn't sleep much all week. The bed needs to be replaced! Needs a closet to hang clothes.

For the money we spent everything need more improvement. Not to clean, you can tell they trying to save the last coin in everything.

Disappointed

Check in was at 4:00pm and the condo was not cleaned until 6:00pm. It was somewhat beat up and definitely needs a deep cleaning. I would not re-book this condo or any units they have. I had close friends book a different unit from a different owner in the building and it was much nicer!!!

Sorry the condo was not ready by 4pm. This is not the norm for us. Our housekeepers do their best to make sure every condo is clean before they move on to the next one, sometimes this requires a little extra time, especially, as in your case, the previous guest did not leave on time and was a little rough on the condo. This condo was remodeled in 2020 and looks just like the pictures.

Didn't suck

Property was as advertised, BUT the maintenance guys that HAD to enter the unit to address the water issues from the fire that occurred several floors above (prior to my arrival) were a slight annoyance. Had I known about that issue, I probably wouldn't have booked there. However, the annoyance wasn't that great, and therefore, the trip "didn't suck". If you book at this property, and you aren't dealing with maintenance issues that the manager failed to disclose, you'll likely be very happy. It was a GREAT trip. It's a great location. It's a great property. The only downside was the hours of frustration from a property manager that didn't prepare/warn me. Cheers!

The fire occurred over 10 floors up from our unit and our fire suppressant lines had already been previously inspected but unfortunately one last quick inspection was required that we were not made aware of or we would have definitely let you know. I do apologize about the 10 minute interruption and very happy to hear it was a GREAT trip!

Worst place I ever rented

The view was spectacular but that was all . The place was filthy. Mold on the shower curtain. Nasty toilet paper on the plunger by the toilet. The silverware drawers were dirty . When you sat on the couch the cushions went to the floor . The rugs were filthy and worn out . We have been going on vacation for 35 years and this is the first time I have ever left a bad review. Save your money and rent somewhere else . The property Ariel Dunes 1 is wonderful but for this Condo it was terrible. Very Disappointed.

Is hate to tell you that this property was not clean at all starting from the furniture to the appliances, no hygiene products were provided at the kitchen or bathrooms, when you sleep on the beds after few days you will get back pain due to cheep quality of the mattress. All blankets provided were way too old and soon as you cover yourself you start feeling itchy. My daughter refused to sleep with us due to all this and flew back to VA.

We appreciate your feedback. Due to covid, we have taken out the comforters, shams etc, and replaced them with more basic blankets that get washed between every single guest. We provide a basic starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel and soap. The bed in the master is a brand new king memory foam mattress. You did call us when you checked in about a speck in the toilet and some sand in the floor and sent the housekeeper out right away.

Please check my feedback on all of my properties. I know you will have a hassle free vacation by renting through me. We have a numeric lock on the door, so there is no check in. You can go straight to the condo and we do not have any hidden fees.
