The place was beautiful and access to the beach was great. It was nice just walking from the back door to the beach. The only problem is that they need to replace the couch. The room was great! Very clean and the view is gorgeous! The private entrance was nice and convenient to get to the beach. We had an issue with one of the T.V.’s not working and the host promptly responded and had someone fix the issue immediately. I would highly recommend.

The condo was perfect, very clean and a short walk to the beach which was perfect for traveling with a toddler. We especially loved the stairs that led down from the balcony for easy access to the beach boardwalk.

Great spot for our Family Vacation

Property was just as described in the list but was missing a really cool component. Private step access to the beach from the balcony! Ultra clean and easy check in check out. Definitely using Vrbo and RealJoy rentals again.

Great location, great view. Condo was clean and well kept. Good beds. Laundry was helpful. No beach chairs with this unit (but that is clearly stated… so we weren’t surprised). 3 different coffee makers! Mainsail is a great complex and will always choose to stay here! Property managers were in great communication and everything was good.

We have stayed at the MainSail for the last ten years and enjoyed it. The condo was nice and had what we needed for Thanksgiving meal preparations.Disappointing that the tennis/pickleball courts were closed and not listed as such. Also the elevator closest to the unit was not working which I had specifically chosen a unit near the elevator for my 77yr old mom who can’t walk well.
