Cold Time

Scheduled a 3 bedroom 2 bath got a 2 bedroom 1 bath.. TV in living room volume was off or it would take 10-20 pushes before the volume would go up or down. Tile ants in bathroom, The slip pad in tub once wet would not stay in place. Heat gets hot then goes off and get real cold. Kitchen and end bedroom colder that center. Thermostat dos not maintain a steady climate. Washer and dryer are very loud make it harder to hear TV in living room. Nice atmosphere over all can be better with a little more attention to detail. Owner needs to spend soon night there to see how things work.
