AlpenRose #2 Jacuzzi City Bar

Full bar, Jacuzzi, one bedroom fully furnished apartment with private side entry and enclosed patio. , 3 discrete sound systems and lighted ceiling dome. Queen size bed in master bedroom and a sofa sleeper for additional guests.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook a meal, while the large dining table seats four people. The front door has a coded lock, providing for the ease of keyless entry. Our Smart TV allows guests to login into their own Netflix or HULU, while our TV antenna provides basic channels that provides access to local news and major sports games. Help yourself to all our full size appliances, as well as provided coffee and tea! In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for each guest.
Outside, enjoy morning coffee in the enclosed private patio, Two large tables and chair sets, I full size grill is provided for our bar-b-que lovers..

Apartment was small and cozy. It was located on a nice, quiet street. The enclosed courtyard was so wonderful - it allowed you to sit outside with total privacy. Owner was easy to work with. This small but cozy little house area was perfect for a couple to stay over in for a few days. We only needed to stay one night. It was easy to get to Louisville from this location. The bedroom was nice and cool. The bathroom had a neat dome in the ceiling with purple lights. I loved the purple chair in the bedroom. A box of Kleenex in the bathroom would of been helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was good. Place was small but had everything we needed. Cleanliness needed some work but other than that a good location to get to our weekend events. Not too far from downtown Louisville. Overall stay was good, house could just use a deep clean.

Hidden Delight in historic New Albany

Perfectly nuzzled into a very safe area. A hidden delight. Extremely convenient to the interstate and all restaurants. The bed is very comfortable..the house, though compact, offers every need to give serenity to a traveler. Courtyard has spacious seating and shade ….we will be back!!!

The keyless entry to the home was not operating properly. My boyfriend thumb nail was ripped off at the corner while he was turning the knob. There was no wifi and no shower curtain. There was a damp or musty smell when we came in.The space did serve its purpose for the weekend.

Location wasn’t desirable, got into the house and had no internet/tv after host had let us know the TVs were slow but did work. The place is small, dark and not cozy at all… could hear planes flying low overhead and not the cleanest. Decided we couldn’t stay there-needed internet-so the host said he would refund our money. We had sat on the bed so we smoothed it out. Left the place exactly how we found it. Host messaged later and said the bed was used, toilet was used and someone had smoked so he was not giving a refund. Neither of us smoke, we did not use the bed at all and yes, we did both use the restroom but made sure to not use the hand towels or leave anything amiss. We offered for him to keep cleaning fee for the toilet cleaning but asked to please refund the rest. Not a word since. This room is NOT worth even close to 180!! We found a different place last minute for 97 in a way better area and the host was super responsive and very friendly. It was way nicer and much cleaner. Dave yourself the headache and find a different listing!
