This rental was, well equipped, and comfortable. Our hostess was especially gracious to us. We encountered a family medical emergency during our stay; this led to an awkward situation for our hostess extra work for her as well. In the midst of this, she was extremely understanding and kind. We could not have asked for a more gracious treatment from a rental owner. We are very grateful for her response.

The place was very clean. The mattress was squeaky and soft so we kept rolling to the middle. A piece of tape could be put over the super bright flashing light on the sensor above the bed but the location was great and the host was fantastic.

Weekend stay for Louisville activities.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, quick access to local restaurants and how well equipped the space was. Our host Tiffinie was super responsive and helpful. The entry stairs were a little challenging after a full day of exploring but manageable. The apartment was located on a historical block with cool old houses Next-door. Overall a really terrific stay!

Long weekend away from home. Dinner at 1894 Lodge then overnight at the carriage house. Walked to breakfast at the Copper Kettle then the rest of the way to Madison.

Inexpensive property close to Louisville, KY

Enjoyed the clean well stocked Cottage House 25 minutes from Louisville, Ky. Easy drive there. one small suggestion to have benches or folding cots to rest suitcases on. Nice area. Description to find it could be better especially in the night. It is left of a large old mansion with a 15 space ,or so, parking lot in front of it
