Great place to stay, we were in town for the farm machinery show. Can walk a couple places over to the bowling alley for a good dinner. Only about 10 minutes to the airport/expo center so long as you miss the worst of the traffic. Very clean and well kept, host had everything ready for when we showed up. Would stay again for sure.

The host, room, location, parking, beds...all great! The only downside of the rental for us was how much we could hear from the road & attached neighbor. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and were very safe. We would stay here again.

Everything was great, loved the place and the layout of it all. The only issue was the A/C. It was 95-97 degrees all weekend, and the Air would not go down past 74. I had reached out to the owner, he was set to bring in the HVAC to check it out, by the 1st morning, it did go down to 69, so we canceled that visit. Everyday after that, stayed above 74. granted we were not there much during the day, had fans running at night, stayed a tad warm most of the time. Not sure if it was locked or set from prior renter. We could not re-set it properly. All in all, we would stay there again, as long as the Air worked correctly.

This is a very clean, beautiful updated property in a fun area. Husband enjoyed how walkable it was to bars and restaurants.I appreciated the shower with great water pressure and a tall shower head ( I am 5’8” and the shower head has to be close to 6.5’!) and the products in the shower. I have found a lot of rentals are scarce on those things. We only used king bed and it was very comfy.With fan running at night (and music I play) I didn’t notice any street noise. I worked while there and ended up using one of kitchen stools as my desk. Not owners fault as it’s designed to sleep maximum people. David was VERY accommodating of us and our dogs as we travel west back to our RV. I hope our dogs lived up to his standards. Thanks for a great visit! Highly recommend! Also great parking.. up a bit of a hill but we fit our F350 and uhaul trailer!
