Welcome to our freshly renovated and fully furnished corner property home in the vibrant Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia! This 1st floor corner unit is a spacious 1 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom with laundry in unit that is full of natural light.
The first floor unit is broken up into two sides of the main hallway. Both of these areas will be only for your use. To enter either side simply repeat the steps above with the same passcode. The door to the left enters to the studio apartment with outdoor private patio. The door to the right opens into the large living room/office and leads to the basement with the washer and dryer.
The home is adjacent to a wonderful park that has a dog park, basketball courts, a pool in the summer, and a playground. You'll have easy access to a vibrant dining scene, bars, and a 7 minute walk to the subway to Center City Philadelphia/NYC/DC.
