Perfect Austin Getaway! Deck, arcade, greenbelt, etc!

Great access to highways or metro-rail for getting downtown or to the best shopping and dinning in austin. Property is on a greenbelt with a creek running past the backyard, grills, playgrounds, sports, frisbee golf, fishing pond, heated and not heated pools etc right on the trail. The deck overlooks trees, trails, the creek and fire pit, grill etc etc etc. The house has high end import furnishings from local boutiques, a stocked Keurig coffee bar, 50 inch flatscreen plasma with an amazing picture and a Roku with Netflix, HuluPlus, AmazonPrime, HBO, and more. Internet speeds over 200 meg/sec. Master bath has both a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Cooking tools, pots/pans, and kitchen knives if you decide to cook meals at home some. 10 foot ceilings throughout and vaulted cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area. Kitchen opens into the dining/living area for a great open floor plan.

Very enjoyable experience!
We really enjoyed our stay! The property was located in a great neighborhood, with access to a park, food, entertainment and I-35. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Older home, but very comfortable. Plenty of room for a medium or large family. Beautiful views from the deck. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very responsive to all our requests. Would definitely rent the property again!

Great stay
This property was perfect for us, knowing the area a little bit, we were able to locate the property without a problem. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and just a very short walk from the park. Everything you need within a few minutes driving distance and just away enough from downtown to not make it a chore. Great service and communication with the owner and property manager Joel.

Like staying at Grandma's - anything you want.
Quite comfortable. Completely stocked and furnished. Not particularly easy to find (take your GPS) but a very good location for outdoor activities. Bunk beds in the "boys" room, huge master bath, updated appliances etc and nicely furnished. Spotless. Toys and distractions everywhere. "Hidden" loft a big hit with the kids. Only miss was the bed in the "girls" room - wasn't really acceptable for 2 adults.

So cute inside and out!
Loved the back yard and patio. It is just a few steps away from hiking trails and a beautiful park. The house was comfortable and up to date. The location was convenient to major routes to any where in Austin. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Why they chose this property

With a King bed in master, queen guest, double twin guest, and one pull out sofa in living areas this is great for families or a small traveling party or it makes a great quiet spot for a couple getting away. Getting around Austin is all about access to Mopac (Loop One) and I-35 and this house is just 1 mile to either.

What makes this property unique

We think our house offers a great value because its so quiet and relaxed with the pond, pools etc on the trail out the back door and yet with the metro rail less than 2 miles away and both Mopac and I35 two minutes away you can get downtown or to the Domain or Outlet Malls very easy.
